To operate efficiently and reduce unnecessary overhead, many of our products are shipped directly from carefully selected production partners and international distribution centers.

✔ Deliver products directly from source to customer

1. Order Processing & Shipping Cost

📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days.
This includes verification, quality inspection, and packaging.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.

💲 Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.


2. Delivery Time Estimates

Because we work with global fulfillment partners, delivery times vary by destination:

United States 10 – 15 Business Days
Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Other International Locations 15 – 20 Business Days

Please note: these are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update
  • Initial delays in tracking do not mean the package is not moving
  • Updates depend on carrier scanning times

4. International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
  • Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery may be affected by customs processing in your country

While many small toy shipments do not incur fees, policies vary by region.


5. Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to avoid delays.

If you need to make a change (address update or cancellation), please contact us at:

After this window, we may not be able to modify the order.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

We stand behind every order.

📸 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

📦 Lost Shipments
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend your order free of charge.
