✔ Returned with all original packaging
✔ Includes proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us may not be eligible.
2. Requesting a Return

- A return shipping label will be issued if applicable

Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we will resolve the issue quickly — typically with a replacement or refund.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return

- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired product
6. EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Conditions apply:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
